                <description><![CDATA[Panikovka is one of the oldest parks in Minsk. Its official name is Alexandrovsky Square, but none use it. <br><br>Tall trees, old fountain "Boy with a swan". Neighbours of Panikovka are Belarusian State Theater and President Lukashenko's residence. Minskers say Panikovka is the heart of Belarusian capital. Ar least in summer it's perfect place to drink beer. In Belarus it's still allowed to do so out in the open air.]]></description>
