Belgium
I enjoyed this audio tour of Bruges. It tells you about the history of the city and shows you how the building styles developed. But it also shows you some really intriguing things, like how Louis de Gruuthuse had his motto put up in both French and Flemish so everyone could read it, whichever language they spoke.
A great site to see what Bruges looks like before you actually go there is virtual Bruges, providing 360 panoramas of the city's historical centre.
