    Juatinga Eco-reserve for hiking and kayaking

    The Juatinga Eco-reserve is a wild, rainforest covered peninsular mid-way between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. It's easy to get to from Rio and has excellent hiking and sea kayaking.
