High standards
Few people are aware that this is the highest city in Europe. Fewer still would consider visiting it. With a coffee culture like Paris, beautiful tree-lined streets, and an outstanding backdrop much like the view of Mount Fuji.

This city is sure to please most. The people are brilliantly friendly, and seemingly very religious. Their cultural background seems highly confused. They sell both Nazi and Soviet memorabilia at markets and have a great museum full of communist propaganda posters, yet the city shows no signs of struggle.

The buildings, whilst reasonably aged are impeccably well kept. The food is typically eastern European, with a lot of meat, however their sweets resemble the delicacies from French Patisseries. Although not big enough for a long stay (unless you are there for the fantastic hiking opportunities in the Carpathians) it is well worth a short trip.
