Transport fom St. Konstantin is very cheap, it only costs 1 Lev in any direction. Try Varna, it's a good day out, loads of shops and just minutes away from the beach. Also try the Turkish market, it's well worth the trip.

You can get the bus in St. Konstantin or walk to the main highway they come every few minutes
