Cambodia
This is an amazing place run by an amazing man. It is not really more than a shack so don't expect a posh museum. But it is a really interesting place to visit and chat to the children who live here.
Along the back streets about 2 km out of Siem Reap. Get a tuk-tuk driver to take you as it is really difficult to explain.
A truly moving place set up by an inspiring Cambodian man named Aki Ra who has taken it upon himself to manually clear mines and unexploded ordinance. The museum also houses child landmine victims who you can talk to and read their stories. It's not a slick set up, but much more real than any others. It's off the beaten track a little in Siem Reap - away from the perfect roads that lead to Angkor and into the real world of Cambodians.
