    Intercontinental Hotel

Posted by intaipei 15 March 2007

The scones with clotted cream are fantastic and you can choose from a selection of pastries. Enjoy a luxurious atmosphere and a great view of the harbour and Hong Kong Island through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Not a budget outing but if you want to go for all-out extravagance just once, then this is the place (personally I prefer it to the 'famous' afternoon tea at the hotel over the road).

I also had a tea buffet that wasn't bad. Have a small breakfast and no lunch!
