    Krka National Park

Posted by Jemaroo 31 July 2006

At the Krka National Park, there is a set of waterfalls and cascades called Skradinski Buk. The scenery here is absolutely fantastic and when you arrive at the bottom of the cascades you can take a dip in the freshwater - the only place in the park that allows swimming. A grand day out!

It is probably one of the most beautiful fortified towns on the Adriatic coast. The old part of the town offers good restuarants, three boutique hotels and lovely arhitecture wherever you look. The Cathedral is just amazing. Once you've had a look around Trogir, charter a boat and spend a few days around the Central Dalmatian islands - just perfect!
