Posted by jesperolsen 21 September 2005

Aros, Aarhus Museum of Art has a great collection of Danish and foreign comteporary art. Right now, a special tribute to danish writer Hans Christian Andersen, includes works by Danish and international artists including Andy Warhol. The museum is also a piece of art itself or at least an architectual site worth visting if you're in or in the vicinity of Aarhus (Århus)

Aros Allé 2, 8000 Århus C; Tel: +45 8730 6600; info@aros.dk; www.aros.dk; Nearest train station is Aarhus (yes, also a ten minutes' work away); Nearest airports are Aarhus (tirstrup) and Billund. Copenhagen is a 2½ hour train ride from Aarhus.
