    Bob's Juice Bar

Posted by katsaysmeow 20 July 2009

Brunch/lunch café. Menu serves (among other items): fruit cocktails and smoothies, home-made muffins, salads, packed massive sandwiches, veggie maki and my favourite: delicious, taste-bud exploding gazpacho. Oh yum. Free coffee if you eat in-house.
All is organic, all is vegetarian, all is fun as you banter with the service (they love it).

    Le Potager du Marais

Posted by Richard Wainwright 11 October 2007

If you are a vegetarian desperate for some French-tasting sustenance, try Le Potager du Marais near the Pompidou Centre, Metro Rambuteau.

It is a wonderful change to eating pizza or falafel and really makes you feel like you are taking part in France's famous cuisine.

Paris is not renowned for good vegetarian food. However, if you've had enough of cheese sandwhices, you could try a visit to Le Potager Du Marais.

Situated in Rue Rambuteau, this vegetarian restaurant serves delicious and imaginative dishes and offers a good value three-course 20 euro set menu. It's also only a five-minute walk from the Pompidou Centre. Just remember to book in advance at weekends because it fills up quickly.

    Le Hangar

Posted by radhika 20 August 2007

A wonderful little restaurant full of locals, tucked away in a tiny alley by the Centre Pompidou. The food served was fantastic and, being vegetarian, I was really impressed. A chocolate dessert to die for and a great ambience.

Organic bar and restaurant. Excellent vegetarian and non vege food. Good if you are a vege and non vege couple. Very reasonable for centre of Paris too. Also organic grocer next door.

    Le Jardin Des Pates

    Posted by Magpiec13 20 March 2006

This place is an oasis for 'picky eaters'. In a city where organic and vegetarian options are extremely limited, Le Jardin is invaluable. Specialising in unusual and often vegetarian or vegan pasta dishes, it's ideally placed for a meal after a day out in the Latin Quarter.

The only downside is that, like many in Paris, this restaurant is likely to be closed between 2.30pm and 7.00pm.
