The new Cafeteria Castelo located in Panteli, the picturesque fisherman's village. It is right on the beach with an excellent view, the place serves coffees, ice creams, various drinks, light meals, pizza and breakfast.

If you own or charter a yacht sail to Leros, Leros has the most natural port in the east Mediterranean - the port of Lakki, there are 2 marinas there and there is another marina in Partheni. Panteli and Vromolithos are ideal for anchorage. If you stay a couple of days on Leros a good idea is to rent a bike or a car and make a tour around the island, there is a lot to see and to do like watersports, diving, windsurfing and fishing. Leros is an ideal island for holidays.

Though Leros is an island for people that want relaxing holidays it has a vivant nightlife. There are many bars, cafes and pubs. Agia Marina is the centre of the Lerian nightlife where all the local teens go. In Alinda and Lakki as well there are many cafeterias that stay open late. At Panteli you will find the Cafeteria Kastelo with amazing views and the Savana bar owned by Peter from England.

There are so many coves and hidden beaches in Leros that you can swim in private. A nudist beach in in Kryfos on the north side of Alinda bay. In Partheni you can walk further from Blefuti bay, another is at Lakki at the place "Kokina" in the area of Kokali in Gurna and Agios Isidoros. If you want public beaches, try Panteli or Vromolithos beach.

I really enjoyed eating at this place while on my holidays. A great restaurant with authentic Greek recipes, a very funny owner, great views from the restaurant verandah, I really recommend it.

Panteli is one of the most picturesque villages on Leros. A traditional fishermans' village with fishing boats and a nice marina.

In Panteli, you can swim in the pebble beach with the crystal clear waters, enjoy the local specialities at the small taverns and relax with a coffee or a beer at the Cafe Kastelo right at the beach front.

Remember to get a free Kastelo T shirt as a souvenir.

In a family environment you can enjoy your holidays in Leros island. The studio apartments Vangelis located at Panteli very near to the beach. Excellent views from the verandas. Garden with olive ,fig , plum and palm trees.
