    Koffie Fabriek Aroma

Posted by oshrox 1 April 2006

They sell organic coffee from all over Indonesia that they age for 8+ years and carefully slow roast. It's a completely unorthodox approach that results in an extremely subtle, mellow coffee.

It's been in existence since the 1930's and the proprietor is a wonderful, enthusiastic man who is very happy to show you the process that he uses.
