    Ireland-Selfcatering

Posted by maryrodgers 5 March 2010

I went on a holiday in August 2009 for two weeks around Ireland, staying in Kenmare and Galway. I booked accommodation at both places on www.Ireland-Selfcatering.com.

I found this website very user-friendly, the houses are exactly as described online and we received confirmation quite quickly. I would recommend using this website for your stay anywhere in Ireland.

When my partner & I were looking for a place to stay in Kenmare we found Kenmarerentals.com it has a selection of self catering houses. We chose Carrig Beag a two bedroom Victorian townhouse. It is centrally located and only a short walk to town yet away from the main street noise. It is furnished, spacious, lovely kitchen, big bedrooms and ensuite. With the owner on call to help with any problems or advice on touring around we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great night out at a traditional irish pub O'Donnabhain's. We had a lovely meal, sat next to the nice open fire and really enjoyed the atmosphere - you must call in here if your in Kenmare.

    Ard Mullen

Posted by gerijakrob 6 March 2009

We go to Kenmare for hols every year and have had many self catering experiences but staying at Ard Mullen was the best. Booking accommodation on the internet is always going to be hit and miss, but this was a hit. There was five of us (three generations of family) and we were told that it was two bathroom, three double rooms and one single. The single room was also a double. There was a large comfortable living room and massive kitchen/dining roomm with all the mod cons and downstairs toilet, and a small garden with patio furniture.

Ard Mullen is a large house decorated to a very high standard and a few minutes walk from Kenmare. In fact we booked it again this year.
