The Metta Centre is a Martial arts, retreat and recreation centre in the Le Marche region of Italy. It is located at the base of the Sibillini mountains in between the towns of Sarnano and Penna San Giovanni. I recently went for a week and had an excellent time. The villa is set in such stunning surroundings, it really is breath taking. The centre itself has fantastic facilities, a first class dojo and such warm and caring hospitality from the owners. The food was all home cooked traditional dishes of exceptional quality.
It really is a must to any martial artists, meditators, walkers, worshippers or yoga practitioners. The time spent there was so fulfilling and enjoyable.
All in all, accommodation was excellent, food was excellent and facilities were excellent and all at a very affordable price.
Can't wait to go back.
