A stunning Tuscan walled hill town, formerly an independent city-state, and now renowned for its red wines Rosso di Montepulciano and the superlative Nobile di Montepulciano. It is also the location of one of the world's most beautiful buldings, Sangallo's Tempio di San Biagio.
