Singapore Taxis are incredibly cheap and efficient. Given that most people do not spend a great deal of time in Singapore and that it can be hot and sweaty wandering around looking for the best places, get a good guide and grab a taxi.

If this is your first taste of Asia, a visit to one of the South Indian restaurants in Little India is a fantastic and authentic experience. Remember to wash your hands before you start and sit on your left hand to stop you from using it. Tuck into one of the all-you-can-eat rice meals and enjoy!
