Whether it’s a few days of snow sports or a tranquil weekend getaway in the heart of Slovenia’s most stunning Alpine scenery that you fancy, this typically Slavic mountain lodge is the perfect choice. The eleven rooms and four recently-added apartments come with satellite TV, WiFi Internet and sizeable bathrooms, whilst six rooms boast lake-facing balconies. The top floor rooms, with exposed beams, are most atmospheric. It is, however, the views over Lake Bohinj (framed by Mount Triglav, the country’s highest peak) that steal the show.
