Small is beautiful
Jerez de la Frontera is, I suspect, one of the less popular low-price destinations, yet it is a delightful and relaxing small town.

Jerez is home to most of the world's sherry producers and many of their bodegas are open for visits. The area is one of the sunniest and driest in Spain and, even in early February, enjoys temperatures over 20C.

Cadiz can be reached by direct rail link in 30 minutes and, in the opposite direction, Seville is only an hour away.
