The swimming pool on the roof of the Hotel Emperador is open to non-guests. It is expensive, but divine, with great views and has its own snack bar.

Excellent hotel: family friendly, children eat free, roof top pool. Also great if you want to check out Real Madrid; the stadium Santiago Bernabeu is across the road. Easy to find on the metro.
