We went to the wonderful island of Bequia for Easter this year with three other couples and my mother. Stayed at a large villa called Spring House. It turned out to be the best choice that we could have made. Great place. Great service. Great staff. Everybody had a good time and we were so well taken care of. It was really nice that the place was so big that we could all be together especially in the evenings and on days that we didn't feel like taking trips.

The small island of Bequia is not usually somewhere that we associate with an all inclusive resort. My family (11 of us) stayed at Spring House in Bequia for a family reunion last Easter and had a great time. When we first looked at the rates we were a bit taken aback. But when we stopped to work out that it included flights from Barbados, meals, an open bar (who does that anymore?), a jeep, etc, etc, it turned out to be cheaper than staying at a hotel. And we were all together in this huge private estate with a fantastic pool. We had a cook, housekeeper, maids, gardener - all sorts of people to look after us. Lots to do. Really fun place. Highly recommend.

Drive up through twisting streets and lanes to The Old Fort and prepare to have your breath taken away. This 18th Century, stone-built, hill-top plantation house must be the most romantic villa in the Caribbean. Once you breathe again, you'll be in love. This isn't just a villa, it's a very comfortable, welcoming home - and it's yours from the moment you walk in. If that's not enough the views out to other islands - including Mustique will just sweep you away.
