Tangmere Military Aviation Museum is a museum situated on the site of a world war two RAF base that played an important part in the battle of Britain. It is a great place to go, because there are loads of really cool aeroplanes to see there as well as other exhibitions about life in world war two. It has two world speed record breaking planes including a Hawker Hunter that did 727MPH!!! It also has a replica of the first Spitfire ever built, as well as many other military planes. It is a really enjoyable place to go to because there are planes that you can sit inside, and also a flight simulator where you can fly the planes they have there.
