Pearl of Dorset

Lyme Regis is known as the 'Pearl of Dorset' and it's easy to see why. This exquisite little town is the home of numerous artists and writers and has recently benefited from a multi-million pound stabilisation project which involved a new beach and re-planted gardens. One of the delightful things about Lyme is the amazing range of unique shops, including the extraordinary 'Chimp and Zee, Bookshop by the Sea’, which has to be seen to be believed!
