Glentress forest, is full to the brim with mountain biking trails for the standard cyclist to the advanced mountain biker! Whatever your ability, there is something at Glentress for you. Mountain biking, is a growing sport, and here in Scotland, we have some of the best mountain biking trails in the world! If you don't belive me, look it up on the internet, it's a fact.

Based in Peebles, Glentress is part of the "Seven Stanes" trails that litter southern Scotland and northern England. Glentress is the most popular trail in the Seven Stanes trail - the reason being that there are over 30 trails there!
I have been going to Glentress for 3 years, I started going when I was 10, now I am 13, and heavily into mountain biking. The feeling you experience after your first trip to Glentress is unbelievable, you feel on top of the world, at one with nature and in touch with your soul all at once. Both my brothers, of 6 and 9 years old, enjoy Glentress as much as I do, and if a 6 year old boy can do it, anyone can.

Overall Glentress is a guaranteed fun day out, for a day trip, or a hardcore training session.
