Second to none

It is a city of many names; The Windy City, The Second City, The Slaughterhouse of America, and yet these titles don't do Chicago justice. It is a city that represents America far better than most, with its blue-collar work ethic and multi-cultural mixing pot of neighbourhoods. A short trip on the EL train and you can be in Chinatown, Greektown or Little Italy.
Besides the specific neighbourhoods, there are sprinklings of diverse eateries and cafes throughout the city, but especially on the more affluent North Side. There is a little something for everyone here, whether you fancy first class theatre, music, art, museums, shopping, architecture or dining. Want the kids to have a great day out? Take them to the Children's Museum on Navy Pier. Want to enjoy the glorious history of Chicago's architecture? Take a boat cruise along the Chicago River and on to Lake Michigan.
You can stand in awe of man's artistic wonders at the Art Museum or wonder at nature's magnificence at the Shedd Aquarium. It is all here, everything one needs for a wonderful experience in a truly awe-inspiring American city.
