Free movies in Bryant Park next door to the NYC public library every Monday. It's over for the season, but it'll be back next year. Go early, take a blanket, grab some wine and smoke and enjoy classic movies with like-minded people.

Good quality hotel, reasonably priced right on the edge of Times Square. Club rooms are nice, but are only on floors one through 15, so the views are just ok. If you want a good view, ask for a high floor corner room, they are just as nice as the club rooms but I think they have better views. The lifts have TVs in them and go so fast they made my ears pop! The beds are very comfy and are actually called 'Heavenly'. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is right next door to a cinema, and you don't even need to go outside to get to it.
