    Cooking Holiday

Posted by AnnMary 10 January 2007

It was like a burst of sunshine and all that I had hoped for. A relaxed and fun holiday set in the Sabine Hills just north of Rome. Cooking lessons, luxury accomodation, a stroll through an olive grove and a day trip to Rome. Eating the fabulous food and wine tasting really topped it off. Our host, Sally, and the chef, Guido really looked after us.

I have just returned from a holiday with Convivio Rome and I would agree with what AnnMary says. It really was a great experience for many reasons and one I would truly recommend!

I have just returned from one of Convivio Rome holidays and it really was fantastic. I wanted to add (as I forgot on my own comment too) that Guido, the head chef, has begun a cooking blog called 'Guido's Kitchen' The blog address is <conviviorome.blogspot.com>
