Budget bar and a bit rough round the edges but serves the best Frozen Margarita EVER. Had one for $5 and was giggly as a schoolgirl high on sherbert after. If you are trying NYC on a tight purse string, and want a night on the town, go here for starters, down a few of these and you'll be away.
