All very true, this is unquestionably the most delicious icecream in the world, not that I'm a biased local! It's made in Appledore, but the best place to eat it is on Instow beach across the other side of the Torridge Estuary looking back over to Appledore at the end of a lovely day's sandcastle-building. This year they've gone all posh and have waffle cones which elevate this frozen delight to the sublime!
