It's no ordinary restaurant. Before you enter, you select one of six menus, which are described by sensation and story. You are then led by your blind waiter into a darkened dining room - utterly dark, you can see nothing at all. Not a sausage. Nada. It is all about eating without sight, a remarkable sensation for anyone used to seeing the colour and texture of their food. I've never been anywhere like it.
