They do import it here, you can find it in various shops at the Elephant and Castle, a well known Latina area of London. Or in Tito's restaurant at London Bridge. My wife is Peruvian and I've enjoyed eating lots of traditional food at her grandmother's house four hours north of Lima in Barranca.
