I was incredibly disappointed by this place - the guys messed me around big style. Waiting at the metro for five minutes became 20, it felt like the organisers are running about 20 of these places these days.

E100 a night and there was none of the fresh coffee or breakfast. To make matters worse, they gave me a key that did not work, so I was left on the stairs at 3am (worse for wear) waiting for the boss to come and let me in. It was the owner or organiser who let me in with a supremely arrogant "what do you expect, this is Moscow".

It is a small, uncomfortable, very dirty, unhygienic, smelly, rundown, badly maintained flat and I think extremely overpriced for what it is.
It is insulting and unpleasant to visitors who have booked in advance and gives a bad image to Moscow and to the Russian people.
Yes the location is good, but the whole place needs a good clean by someone who knows how to clean properly, and lots of improvement work and renovations to be worth anywhere near 90 Euros per night.
The floors all need to be cleaned and disinfected.
The public hallway/stairwell badly needs cleaning.
The shower is mouldy, the door frame rotten.
The toilet particularly and the apartment smells of dampness, rot, dirt.
All surfaces, walls, doors, switches, shelves, windows - all need cleaning.
All the towels smell.
There is nowhere comfortable to sit.
The doors and locks are all in bad condition. Really not recommended.
