We just came back from Rome, where we and other expats rented apartments from an agency called Roman Homes. We were reluctant at first, as we never used vacation rentals in Europe yet we had a great time.
We booked two downtown apartments which were absolutely tidy, and exactly as shown on their website. The guys of Roman Homes were friendly and gave us detailed information at every stage. I would recommend this company to everyone.
