Mr & Mrs Smith provided me with terrible service when I used them on an Australian trip to Sydney and I sincerely hope they're no longer pushing the appalling Ravesi's hotel in Bondi on any unsuspecting victims. One of the worst travel experiences of my life which included overcharged bills, construction work, rude and ignorant staff, and months spent trying to sort the whole mess out.
