Yonah Schimmel's is now under new management, selling inferior knishes. Best knishes in town are probably those made by Knish Nosh, available at their shops and also as take-aways (cold) at most D'Agostino supermarkets. Mrs Stahl's in Brighton Beach has also slipped downhill, but not as far as Schimmel.
