If you want a really posh and unusual dining experience, try the Royal Dragon. It is the largest restaurant in the world and has rolling-skating waiters and the occasional flying waiter, who descends from a cable. There is Thai dancing every night too. Very touristy, but fun.
Take the Skytrain east to the end of the line (On nut) and then a taxi or No 38 bus until you see the huge sign for the Royal Dragon.
