This is a fantastic restaurant quite close to the Grand Place. Founded in 1905, the restaurant specialises in steak flambé, which is cooked in front of you. They also do excellent moules and many other wonderful dishes.
The staff are excellent, and it made me smile that they wore uniforms. It is a very popular restaurant with tourists and locals. There is a nice bar on the other side of the road where you can have a beer if you have to wait for a table.

Chez Vincent is a classic, and the food can be excellent, but try to go on a weekday rather than during the weekend when it's packed with tourists and the food and service can be below-par.Send your feedback or queries to been.there@guardian.co.uk
