It's a bit more expensive now, but still worth it if you're alone. If there are two or more of you flagging down a taxi it's cheaper and probably quicker. There is a set price from the airport, last time I did the trip it was about $70 (pesos), though taxi prices have just gone up 22% this week so it might be a bit more now. Get a taxi with a registration number on the side, ask how much before you get in and you'll be fine. There's a cash machine near the exit from the airport if you don't have any pesos to pay.
