A little way out of the centre, but a genuinely brilliant kids' science experience.

Take a whole day there, if you have kids to entertain.

Leave plenty of time for the playgrounds and rides in the grounds outside. If you are trying to save a few euros, look out especially for the huge dragon slide, and the large enclosed area a little further on with what we called the "bouncy beach" (a flat "bouncy castle"), trampolines and much else besides. There were also other more conventional playground areas and walks, including a slightly unconvincing walk with "fairytale sound". Hours of fun, in any case, and all completely free.
