A great place to shop for clothes - much of the clothes for sale in the western world are made in Bangladesh, and this is one of the places where you can buy them before they hit the high street (and before the high street prices get slapped on).

It's a great place to shop and carries many genuine items, not just rip-offs. Although I think it's on Mirpur Rd between Dhanmondi and New Markets. Westecs is neither what it was, nor where it was.Apart from its western manufacture overruns at great prices, it also had a full range of sizes.
Now focussed on the local market, but occasional overruns. A branch in Bashundara City complex, and one on Gulshan Ave, just towards G2 from G1 circle.
