Cafe Panam is a small French Bistro and one of a kind in Chengdu. While it doesn't serve the local cuisine it is a hot spot for French speaking Chinese, and those who just want a nice glass of wine.

It's also a hotspot with the French who form the majority of foreigners in Chengdu city. The cafe also supports and develops the city's artists and musicians, with regular Friday night parties, mid-week jazz, charity fundraisers and photographic exhibitions.
