July 6-9, Petrovaradin Fortress, Novi Sad.
Novi Sad is 80km north-west of Belgrade. You can catch a bus from there, and some companies run regular car services from Belgrade Airport.
EXIT 2007 is upon us. I am a Brit living in Novi Sad, so I put together some stuff on my site that might help anyone planning to come to EXIT:
Novi Sad during the Exit 2007 was filled with British people, over 10,000 of them! I've seen so many mates from school, I can't believe it. Still it was a very nice experience, the city is unbelievably cool, very cheap. My trip was organized by myself (booked early flight to Budapest), but I booked an apartment over www.premier-nekretnine.com, they rent apartments to exit-goers for the 4 day period of the festival. The food is fantastic and just can't wait to come back in 2008, I'll maybe even come a couple of days earlier, before the Exit hectic starts! Gotta Love Serbia!!
Whatever you do, don't book with Vamos travel - my girlfriend did last year and they cancelled her booking about 2 months before the festival >¬(Send your feedback or queries to been.there@guardian.co.uk
