We stayed in this very cosy, basic but very homely and comfortable guest house in Raeburn Place Stockbridge, a 10 minute pleasant walk down the city centre, which served yummy breakfasts in a glass courtyard. The hotel has all the comforts of a modern place, with coffee maker, aircon, internet and private bathroom, all within a heritage building that goes back to 1829. And the warm hospitality ensures you go for no second option on a return trip. We highly recommend it as world travellers who are very picky and discerning about budget and comfort.
