Point 3 is a language school I attended, a bit aprehensively since I thought Montreal would not be the best place to learn French. I couldn't have been more wrong. The school, for starters was great and very good value, good activities, supportive teachers and classes.
As for Montreal itself, the people were so friendly, speaking slower than the typical Parisian that we might be used to from Eurostar jaunts, thus being easier to understand. In addition, Quebecers want to speak French, it being an integral part of their identity, but will also help you out in English if you struggle. What more could you ask for! Polite, friendly and accommodating at all times, Montreal is a model city with a fabulous nightlife, great culture and an interesting history to compliment a great language immersion experience.
