My youth was well mispent here! Excellent and atmoshperic bar on Colaba causeway that attracts, students from universities nearby, local young professionals and tourists alike. Great for beer, initimate chats and people watching. I haven't been in years but I hear it's still going strong.

I mentioned in my tip that I hear that cafe Mondegar's is still going strong! Just to confirm that I have been back to Bombay this summer (2008) and yes indeed it is still serving up the ice-cold Kingfishers and the unique Bombay snacks with the same charm as it did when I went to school in the area.
