Moso Moso is my favourite Chinese restaurant in Manchester. Scallops with salt, chilli and garlic is a particular favourite. The wine list is extensive too. Service is always excellent.

This "slick" place has a couple nice policies to rip you off: 1) no tap water is served with lunch & 2) they will try to double charge you for the service - using the new trick of taking the bill with service included and asking if you'd like to add a tip to the card machine. When pressed about these policies, you get a smug acknowledgement that you are a stupid punter. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.
