Cafe Pacifico is part of a larger chain of Tex-Mex restaurants in London, Amsterdam, Sydney, and Paris. It's not necessarily the best Mexican food you can find in London at the moment (try the Taqueria in Westbourne Grove), but it had that distinction for years.

Cafe Pacifico is great for drinks, and if you want American-Mexican food, it's the best address I know of in the West End. Great mixed drinks, too.
