This is the best Indian restaurant in Stockholm. It is highly recommended, has nice staff and is smack in the middle of the Old Town.

I've been checking out Stockholm's Indian restaurants for 20 years and can't esp recommend Lilla Karachi. Try Happy India by Mariatroget or Flavour of India on Roslagsgatan for the real McCoy! There is a lot of Indian restaurants in Stockholm way better than this one, for example Happy India and Tre Indier, both at Södermalm. In Gamla Stan you should eat at Café Edenborg. Not very Indian food, but typical Swedish café-food and great vegetarian sandwiches. Its also a book-café that plays good music. Go there!
