It's an amazing weekend getaway, the location is stunning with views over rolling fields and the sea, the local farm shops are amazing, on site there are showers bbqs, hammocks all for the amazing price of £15pp. I'd advise this place for families, couples and groups for parties etc.
The website is www.tipiwest.co.uk/index_uk.htm
and its location is situated on Hendre Farm, off the A487 down Llwyncoed Road between the villages of Blaenannerch and Blaenporth. From Cardiff follow M4 to Carmarthen. From there follow signs to Cardigan.
Part of a working (busy) stables with a lovely gingerbread looking house to stay in. Friendly (and eccentric) couple who run it with great breakfasts and it's only a short walk from the fantastic pub on Cresswell Quay. After that, head to Carew Castle (even more great views).

This is a company just a few steps away from Szczpenski square, which rents apartments like hotel rooms. We stayed in one of their four- bedroom apartments for ten people.
Great location, friendly staff and the apartment was very cool. I know they have a few more at that location and in other locations in the centre.
The apartment was very nice, nicely furnished with everything you might need for few days (including a hot tub). Check them out if you are looking for a place to stay in Krakow and don't want to spend a tonne on a hotel room.
Castelinho38 is a marvelous guesthouse in Santa Teresa neighbourhood, one of the oldest in Rio.
This guesthouse has a peaceful and unique vibe, I felt at peace as soon as I arrived there! The owner and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. While I was there I also attended yoga and pilates classes.
The best thing though was the view, that was just incredible!

This is a really amazing guest house, it's a real castle on top of a hill and the atmosphere for me is just magical! It’s in the centre of Rio but at the same time you feel like you could be in the middle of nowhere!
There is a big terrace where they serve breakfast and you have a double view: the city of Rio in its splendour and then a green, peaceful hill.
I had a very good time there, the service is great, everyone that worked there was really nice and helpful! The bedrooms are huge and airy, you couldn't ask for anything better!

I stayed over a week with this wonderful family in the Umaid Bhawan in Jaipur, India. I absolutely fell in love with it, as well as its sibling, the Umaid Mahal. The family is extraordinarily kind and giving, the facilities are wonderful, and do I even need to start on the food?
When you are in this hotel, you feel as if you are royalty. Everyone seems to know and be close with everyone, and servants are willing to wait on your every need.
I plan on coming back to India simply to visit this wonderful family and their luxurious hotel once again. Ranvijay, the hotel manager, will go to any length to see that you are satisfied with your stay in his hotel.
Visit the hotel, or at the very least, stop by simply to eat a meal on the rooftop of this castle.

Friendly hotel, with great prices, helpful staff and perfect location.
It's three-star accommodation, but the service is way better: it offers studios instead of rooms (with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom) and a buffet breakfast that easily competes with anything offered by higher category hotels. Plus, it is located only two bus-stops from the heart of the city, with a bus that drops you off basically in front of the entrance (arrives every 5 minutes or so). Don't be fooled by the cheap prices either - they have discounts for all seasons, but the quality is really amazing.
I booked it through a webpage (www.budapesthotelstart.com) that also offers other hotels, all for special rates as far as I could tell.

Me and my girlfriend spent a wonderfull weekend in the Venturska Residence. It is a really nice apartment house located literally in the heart of the Old Town with major city attractions. The apartment was newly refurbished and clean and had everything from a dishwasher to free internet access. Also the hosts were nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this property to all kinds of travellers. And the price there was half the rate for the hotel room in downtown Bratislava.

This the best agency you can find in Florence to rent or buy apartments and villas. Their service is outstanding. The owner is bilingual, knows how people "think" in the US and can help you deal with all the cultural differences and the problems you would certainly find if you wanted to rent or buy properties in Italy. Simply The Best.

Lovely apartments in an old Biedermeier building. You get a small double bedroom, sitting room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, all very nicely designed. Reasonable prices for the location. Location is just behind the Rathaus and near the Hofburgtheater in the rather grand eighth district.
Try not to arrive late: we had to pick up our key from an adjacent cafe after our flight was delayed.
There's a cheap but very good student cafe on the same street called Tunnel.

Self-catering Cotswold cottage. Beautifully renovated old silk-workers cottage in the charming Cotswold village of Blockley. Great for walking and wonderful pubs for meals. Amazing views from the cottage and very peaceful. Highly recommended.
Pete's Eats on Llanberis High Street has long been the eating and meeting point of climbers (the cafe keeps the climbers new route book for the area) and other outdoor enthusiasts in northern snowdonia. They're famous for their pints of tea and serve these with big portions of climber-walker-cyclist-paddler-traveller friendly food at low prices.
The menu ranges from chip butties to smarter healthier options, with loads of vegetarian choice, and specials that change often. Whatever you choose it is sure to be filling and satisfying.
As well as great food and a good crack, there's always a pile of papers and magazines, a book swap, internet access and a map/guide library. They also now do accommodation. My favorite place in the world for sheltering from the weather, recovering from the rigors of the great outdoors, kicking back and telling tall tales.
The primary coloured building stands out amongst the surrounding slate grey! Look out too for the eponymous Pete with his funky chef's trousers and long silver pony tail.

Nearest railway station Bangor, then bus.
We had a brilliant time in this great one bed flat with two rooftop terraces with great views over the city. Situated on a lovely and quiet pedestrian street in the Borne area, just a minute from the Picasso museum and Citudella Park and right opposite the very cool Bar Casa Paco, as recommended by DJ Cristian Vogel. Lift, aircon, CD player etc etc.

A two-hour flight from Madras (Chennai) to Port Blair followed by a 3 hour boat trip followed by a further 30 mins in a car over bumpy roads and you arrive at India's best kept secret!!
Radhnagar beach on Havelock Island in the Indian territory of the Andaman and Nicobar islands is clean, relatively deserted and untouched by the tourist trade.
The nearby Barefoot resort is a group of 10-15 bungalows set in the wood with good access to the beach. Good seafood, plenty of relaxation and one of the best beaches in India. For those who find lying on the beach tiresome, nearby Port Blair on South Andaman island offers plenty of relics from the days when the Territory was a British penal colony.
Daily flights from Madras (Chennai) and Kolkata to Port Blair. Regular daily ferry services from Port Blair to Havelock island. A bungalow at Barefoot resort can be booked via their website www.barefootindia.com
Another lovely small cosy place I visited, it's behind the metro station Mayakovskaya, cosy and as central as it gets. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Will for sure stay there again.

The people were so friendly there and they have an amazing balcony that overlooks the whole of Moscow. We had so much fun out on the balcony, it's 20 meters long and connects all the rooms, so we naturally met the other people who stayed there. Sophie, one of the owners served up fresh coffee every morning, exacly what I needed after a heavy night out.
Next to Metro Mayakovskaya, Bolshay Sadovaya. www.topfloormoscow.com
Excellent reasonably priced Indian homestay. Colonel Lamba is a nice old Sikh fella who along with his family runs the hotel/home. Pick ups from the train station are on the house and the rooms are really clean, ensuite, air-con and have cable TV. Rs550 for a double room and excellent homecooked meals available for Rs250/night and well worth it!

We stayed here last year and didn't want to leave. We planned to stay in Patara for just a day or two but ended up staying longer and this had a great deal to do with Kazim and his family. We hadn't booked anywhere and when we arrived stumbled across this place.
We were straight away invited to sit with the family and were then shown our clean and comfortable room.
Patara is a beautiful quiet place to relax and Kazim and his family make the stay even more pleasant. The home cooking was the best we had during our stay in Turkey with veg picked fresh from the gardens. It was also one of the only places where as a vegetarian I was given a different and tasty meal each night.
When we finally decided to leave Kazim helped us to arrange our next place to stay but nowhere we stayed in Turkey was quite as lovely as Akay pension.
We would highly recommend you stay here for value for money and a real Turkish experience.
