Sailing around the Whitsunday islands for two days and two nights on board a luxury catamaran.
With a maximum of 10 passengers, the small group meant we had the freedom to try all of the activities. These included windsurfing, stand-up paddle boarding and a clear kayak.
The crew were amazing, providing watersports tuition, fantastic food and interesting information about the region.
We enjoyed a full morning at Whitehaven beach and snorkelled at numerous reefs. On Ice avoids the crowds to get the best experience and the crew cater for all abilities - they even have an air raft for non-swimmers.
Sailing into the sunset, we moored in sheltered bays and marvelled at the stars and milky way.

5 star hotel about 30 mins from Hurghada. The most awesome windsports destination and a fantastic hotel too. If you're a guest of Mark Warner there is a huge array of watersports on offer and the wind is fantastic. We learnt to kitesurf here which was just amazing.

Bol on Brac island is famous for its "Zlatni Rat" (Golden Horn beach), which juts out into the sea and changes shape with the tides and currents. On the western side, Paklina FKK is a popular naturist beach, and the main part of Zlatni Rat is a favourite for windsurfers of all levels, with plenty of training schools.
The winds are generally mild in the morning with the stronger maestral winds picking up in the afternoon. If you're a really keen windsurfer, then Brac island has plenty more to offer. If the maestral fails in Bol then take a short drive to Supetar to catch the southern Jugo wind or to Povlja if the northern Bora wind is blowing.
