We booked a place with Only Apartments in September this year and it was awful. The place was old and the build quality amateurish; I almost knocked the breakfast bar over when I bumped into it, and the toilet was precariously placed on a ledge between the shower and the sink. We were told we might have to occasionally reset the boiler before having a shower, but this was a frequent issue throughout our stay.
The attitude of the company afterwards was that everything must have been OK if we did not contact them at the time. When booking apartments generally, you should ask up front what the procedures are if anything goes wrong. Pictures are sometimes misleading as well, and I would advise you to have a good look at the place before parting with your cash.
